Kind Words from Students and Parents  . . .

  • "My heart is full for the love and care you shared with my daughter during her time with you. We had heard from others that there was something special going on at your place and now we know it for ourselves. Thank you so much for the love and kindness you showered over her. She loved every second there and will cherish the time and experiences she had there forever. You were trusted partners and role models (and moms). She learned a great deal about food and cooking but I am pretty sure the lessons learned reached far beyond."

  • "Dear Lou, I cannot thank you enough for the time, care and devotion you put into teaching me. Over the course of that month I gained not only invaluable skills but also a renewed confidence in myself in the kitchen that I had lost. I also now have an insatiable desire and love of both cooking and baking thanks to you."
