Founded in 2000, Food of Course has been running renowned residential cookery courses in the beautiful Somerset countryside for 20 years.

We have created a unique and dynamic environment where learning about food and ingredients is exciting and fun.

This residential cookery school is based at Middle Farm House, a gorgeous 16th century thatched longhouse in Somerset.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and a large potager, we are able to harvest wonderful fresh produce direct from our garden.
